An exclusive board-readiness program open to all executives who hope to join a board within the next 1-3 years.
Board directors from large public and private companies receive an exclusive invitation to attend the Board Leadership Summit hosted by Ascend Pinnacle. This event allows current and aspiring board directors to be able to network with their peers, and discuss trending topics and key priorities for the modern board.
Our mission is to establish and nurture the network of corporate board members who have a common interest of increasing diversity in boardrooms, mentoring the next generation of senior executives, and elevating awareness of Pan-Asian contributions in governance.

Attendance to the Summit is limited to registered experienced board directors only.
Spouses of experienced board directors are invited to attend the reception and dinner but pre-registration is required for security purposes. Please include your spouse in your registration for headcount and seating purposes.

Stay up to date on our program by downloading our app! You can access the agenda via your smartphone by downloading the “Ascend global leaders” app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please make sure that your mobile phone is set to automatically update both the Time Zone and the Date/Time to prevent problems with the app. Open the app and select the 2025 Ascend Pinnacle Board Leadership Summit event.
Please refer to the event access password sent via email a week before the event. Once the login screen appears, type in the email address and password that you used when you registered. If you do not remember your password, you can get help at Registration.

Safety of our guests is paramount to Ascend. If you experience COVID symptoms or test positive, please do not attend the Summit. If you develop COVID symptoms at the Summit, we request that you isolate yourself and inform Ascend by emailing health@ascendleadership.org. We also encourage any attendee who tests positive to notify the front desk of the Four Seasons as they can assist with isolation needs at the hotel. Room extensions for quarantine will be honored if hotel inventory allows. Hand sanitizer will be available at the venue. We will continue to monitor the evolving nature of COVID and adjust the guidance accordingly. Hand sanitizer and masks will be available for those who wish to use them.
